It seems that the reason for her rage is that she thinks she is only viewed as a sex object and can't find any real emotional affection. Her first partner rejects her for being too emotionally distant, in the wake of the breakup she becomes cynical and depressed. Later on there's a lesbian one night stand scene that seems out of place, it's shot like porn with loud moans and the camera comes off its usual tripod. The drive home after this scene is when Hepnarova snaps and begins writing her homicide note:

How severe is the bullying she experiences earlier in the film? Aside from one scene at the beginning where she's beaten in a juvenile psych ward, not that bad. The first half of the film is extremely slow and only the lesbian sex scenes kept me watching TBH. It's primarily a montage of everyday life showing her awkwardly wait in line at the store, getting leered at by her male coworkers at the garage, getting put on waiting lists for therapy, and especially just brooding in her car. The plot is almost impossible to follow, I have a feeling that key story scenes were cut to get the already long runtime down. Is her character meant to be autistic?
