Star Ocean 3 was a great game, terrible ending. The entire aesthetic hooked me in, with the clean space ships and medieval villages. The music was great too.
The ps2 was truly the best console for jrpgs, and nobody can change my mind

Theses. I don't think you have a contest with Red Alert 2 (or anything Command and Conquer really) on the table cinematic speaking.
So excluding them, i think Mario Strikers Charged has a place here, its unironically one of the best Mario (if Nintendo) game.
