Citra got released on mobile and my Snapdragon 632 is able to handle Pokemon Y pretty decently, but I'm really scared that it will decrease my phones overall life shorter because I think emulators in general cause a lot of stress to my phone

Anyone know how do I keep my phone perfect and functional for ages so that I can keep gambling in my gachas? I keep getting the poor thing bumped into walls and it even fell fully into the water for 5 seconds

organize with your workers and start a socialist revolution, after the proletariats have taken over start establishing socialism and when the global economy has reached a post scarcity state of communism, you will get free smartphones that are way more capable than any of the crap today.

Phones are built by cappies to die, but I advise not submerging it in water, as that will vastly lessen the lifespan.
If you've a phone with replaceable Li-Ion, then kill the battery with gayming as hard as you like; you can just swap it out when it's dead.
If not, then I dunno man, just be easier on your phone physically and digitally;
don't play as intensive shit as frequently and don't smack it into stuff.

On this note, I just want to plug this series if you haven't seen it. Basically Ross Scott is trying to fight against companies that create online only games only to kill of their games which infuriates him because it's bad for the consumer, and disrespectful toward both the artists who created beautiful worlds that can no longer be played. All because of capitalism.

He would like to make it required for games to provide server code so you could emulate those games if the companies ever shut down the servers after people pay for them. He opposes "games as a service," and has a long series of videos on this which is kind of related to emulators.

Broheim, your phone is literally designed to die after 2 years. Therefore, the dialectical thing to do is to get a cheap phone on contract for two years, then if it dies during the contract period you can get it warrantied and fixed for free, if it dies after the two years you can just 'upgrade' your contract to a new phone.

It sucks that everything is disposable nowadays but you can't esacape from it.

Honestly, I would try to get a N3DS.
A N3DS should go for cheap (new N2DS got more expensive because of corona) is easy as fuck to hack, and is probably the best portable emulation machine right now.

I'd argue the Vita is a better emulation machine and is easier to hack,
but 3ds is alright.

if games were open-source or better yet libre-source software this could not happen.
