On Anki's database there's a card pack of north korean vocabulary, which is slightly different from the one in south korea. Korean is still the most awful language I've had the misfortune of studying

Learn a more useful language instead, my recommendation would be Spanish (should be pretty easy even for burgers), Mandarin (hard but also extremely interesting and useful), Arabic (also hard, maybe even more so than Mandarin) or Hindi. The latter because if there will be some sort of large-scale revolution in the next few years, it is probably going to happen in India. Even though there are hundreds of languages in India, if you speak Hindi and English you will be able to communicate with most Indians.
