Stalin says he agrees with Mao and that history shows Marxists must do protracted peoples war, protracted peoples war is universal and all socialist states except those formed through soviet invasion came about through protracted peoples war including the Soviet Union. He says all future socialist states will come from protracted peoples war like in Vietnam. Stalin also reitorates that you can not take power peacefully through democracy and must take power through protracted peoples war.
If Stalin was alive today he would be a Maoist Gonzalo stan because in reality Mao and Gonzalo learned from Stalin. Pic attached he talks about it across chapters and in this picture those entire pages but I just highlighted part for those that need TLDR.
