These sites are the equivalent of going inna woods. When you're in the woods, you have the freedom to do anything you want. You can blow up rusted-out cars with dynamite, whatever. But no one will ever hear about it, so what's the point? So most people end up drifting back to the "city" eventually if they want to have any influence.
