>>671822 >You cope by doing the hard work. You know what it is. Yeah masses of comrades put their lives on the line around the world since a century and a half doing uphill battles against impossible odds, they watched their friends and family members suffer and die but they didn't give up. A lot of time it's really hopeless and they loose but it's really inspiring to look at people like Castro and Che who lost almost everyone in their landing but still fought hard and prevailed. I think it's easier when you are in the fight because even if it's hopeless you're fully involved, doomerism/dengism is really the stance of a passive online spectator who can think about his political identity from the comfort of his armchair.
