What does one do about self sustaining buissnesses?
When I say self sustaining I mean companies that can survive without the CEO.

One important thing about buissness is that the capitalist running any form of enterprise will become increasingly worthless as the enterprise gets generally wealthier as more and more components of said enterprise becomes managed by different people wether for thinks like who gets hired or fired, finance, general supply chain management etc, and as any enterprise gets larger much like a country the CEO cannot possibly run that institution by himself and in rare occurrences just devolves into a ceremonial figure like bill gates who runs apple(idk I think the CEOs name is bill gates they changed it a lot), dangote of dangote group, shell might aswell not even have a CEO and you get the point.
At what thereshold does it become reasonable to assume that the division of labour will render a capitalist worthless to his own property and likewise said capitalist no longer should be cared for as his role in the economy ultimately gets terminated?
