Actually no because all left-wing socdem LatAm leaders have placed emphasis on food sovereignty and development through co-operatives and government regulation of the sector. Kirchner, Evo Morales, Correa, Chavez, and Maduro all did this in varying degrees. Kirchner (Argentina) even placed taxes on crop exports which is odd as that's not usually something you want to do in a period of limited inflation and expanding capacity.

China buying food from regulated sectors via fair trade is not "imperialism" nor are there any "super profits" to be found. Furthermore food is not the key commodity that China wants to trade for via LatAm but energy resources and minerals which are also heavily controlled by socdem governments.

The LatAm social democratic vision of food sovereignty is the freedom to form capitalist industry of export. This would be of course fairly obvious to you if you had actually took a look at the hundreds of millions of dollars in agricultural product each of the countries you listed exports each year. Remember when Evo Morales said he wants to become an exporting power of electricity? I do.
As for cooperatives and government run business, they are still subject to the whims of the market. We all know about the commodity form and the lack of central planning taking place in these "market socialist" governments, with most of these governments openly rejecting Marxism-Leninism. Regulations do not in any way change the laws of expansion by monopoly that constitute imperialism. Venezuelan cooperatives have been supported by the state, are subject to the markets whims, and have bulldozed traditional ways of small farming.
Imagine thinking that Chinese mines that have actually devastated Latin American peasants surrounding ecosystems and further enveloped the nations of Latin America in economic servitude aren't imperialist because of some bureaucratic capitalists in power. Delusional and Bolivia has already exported more soy based product in 2019 then they have in Zinc.
