Has there ever been, in history a political movement/party/individual that saw antisocial behaviour as necessary for a society not to become too complacent and stale? I would love to read about it. And I dont mean illegalists. I mean cultural rebolution state sponsored rebellion kinda shit.

Most crimes committed are natural to the human mind but have to be suppressed in sedentary societies because they pose a safety hazard
