if you mean the growing labor movement, it's people in shitty dead-end jobs, the proletariat and "precariat" who have some overlap with the above

This whole thread is just completely mixed up about what strategy and tactics are. If anything, every different leftist group is pretty married to a strategy (entryism, political revolution, Fabianism, class struggle unionism , insurrection, etc) and a set of tactics (candidate endorsements, minority party elections, long march through think tanks/academia, grassroots labor organizing, , rioting/crime , etc)

What is always invariably missing is the operational or logistical layer that would connect the tactics and strategy beyond the level of each individual fight or struggle
