Is the next revolutionary socialist movement that sweeps the world going to be a stabilizing force not a disrupting one ?

Traditionally revolutions were chaotic and were throwing societies into disarray to disrupt the power of the incumbent. But today the greatest source of chaos and disruption is capitalism, the incumbent it self. It has learned to profit from chaos and disarray. Maybe that has something to do with low revolutionary activity, like it can feed on traditional disruptive revolutionary energy, draining it before it causes change.

I predict that there will be more crisis like the one caused by covid and each new one will get a little worse. Maybe the polarity in politics has changed and to win the 21st century a socialist political force has to excel at creating stability and order for ordinary people. The revolutionary battle is not about storming the castle of the king, but it's about cock-blocking capitalism from making profits off disasters.

So it's about creating and defending islands of stability for the proletariat, to deprive capital from the ability to exploit desperate people. I just had this idea, and i have not thought this over one bit, so if this is a total brain fart, don't hold back.
