Imperialism occurs when a state has all its industries monopolized and needs to artificially waste resources for the sake of more consumption and hence valueable capital for monetary expansion. We already see this in France and the USA

When the imperial finance bourgeoisie resorts to fascism they usually are curtailing production and consumption of the masses, and divert most the remaining productive capacity towards militarism and elite luxury consumption. Austerity for the masses is the companion of fascism.

Why do you assume a fascist state could survive, the function of fascism is to declare war on the world in an impossible attempt to conquer it, it's the last refuge of a capitalism that is dying, trying to externalize it's fatal internal contradictions. Fascism is a declaration of war to the world, to go out with a bang.

This. When fascist states engage in imperialism it has historically tended to be in an extreme, self-destructive manner, against peer adversaries and all at once. The only fascist states that survived were ones that kept to themselves or only engaged in limited imperialist activity, and these usually revert to liberal democracy after the danger of immediate revolution has passed.
