I'd immediately strike down all right to work laws, rewrite the federal minimum wage law declaring that it's now $26/hour tied to the cost of living in a city/county, overturn Citizens United, declare Billionaires and Corporations have violated worker's inalienable right to unionize and fine them trillions. Also declare the Fed's QE unconstitutional. Essentially pass a huge amount of rulings that would create many legal nightmares for Porky and trap him in them, giving as much support to grassroots worker movements. Also declare that Cops cannot violate worker's unionizing, otherwise all police unions are declared constitutional. All soldiers get to unionize.

Bring back Eisenhower's 92% tax rate for Porky, expand it to capital gains, rentier capitalism, outsourcing labour, shell companies, etc.

Also keep blaming Congress and the State legislatures, Governors, President, lower courts for all being so corrupt and "abandoning their duty to the working class". Declare a national constitutional crisis and declare a class war.
