Minor isn't inherently pedo. Pedophilia involves attraction to prepubertal children but most all countries have a consent age well above that all the way up to early 20s. While some countries have no AoC just a marriage age and a low one at that far before puberty in a couple mid east countries iirc. So legal isn't inherently non pedo. Also what really should matter is not age but an individual's level of understanding what they are doing with someone which can be applied to any adult too.
