Yesterday I did 40 push ups, 60 crunches, 50 squats, 50 of the ones you grab a ledge from behind and exercise your triceps. I also stretched.
The day before yesterday I did a similar routine.
I need to find a way to do bicep without any equipment and at home. I plan on joining the gym soon. I want to get used to doing exercise at home first.

You know it's the truth anon, and that isn't necessarily a terrible thing, I just hate the hypocritical copium such as: ">oh yeah, I totally don't do it for vanity and/or because I wanna eat pussy, I totally only do it for health" when being healthy requires nothing more than stretching, jogging, eating decently and getting a decent amount sunlight everyday, which is 100x cheapers than paying a gym membership and filling yourself with supplamants


But science has proven that weightlifting is good for the bones well into the old age,

Muscle is good to have, it burns a lot of energy so you get to eat more yummy food and it gives you power to do fun things

What you mention is the bare minimum for upkeep

I don't have a gym membership, but I get what you're saying

At a point it becomes an expensive hobby,
But I think as long as you keep your expectations low and realistic, It's okay

Consider the following: I don't have a gym membership and I don't use supplements.
I spend $0.00 on my resistance training, which has demonstrably helped me prevent injury and stop back pain.

What's resistance training?
I want to burn fat, which is why I'm doing pushups, squats, tricep dips, and crunches. My goal is to do 100 of each in 4 sets. Right now, I can do maybe 75 of each, except push-ups.

Any tips are welcome.


Forgot to mention, I am also dieting. I've lost 4kgs already. I lose around .5kgs a week

I am not an expert but it seems you want to focus on cardiovascular exercises, but what you suggested would probably supplement it well.
