Gaddafi did have a lot of aura but politically he was a mixed bag. Libya is way worse after the invasion obviously but he did several things I cannot support such as trying to assimilate Berbers and supporting Idi Amin and his invasion of Tanzania. Also I believe in state secularism so religious socialism is a bad idea in my book. But he did improve the lives of a lot of people by Nationalization of the oil industry and clean water programs and this song will always be a banger.

These terms are counter-intuitive, make no geographic sense, and should probably be retired for "Core/periphery"

They make about as much sense as phrenology and dividing humanity into "caucasoid" "mongoloid" "negroid" or dividing humanity into "Christendom" "Jewry" "Ummah" and "Paganism"
