It's more like you don't feel safe and happy when other people are happy. You don't necessarily feel malicious all the time although you're probably pretty paranoid, bitter and resentful. You may even feel bad about the suffering of others. But doing good things for other people just doesn't feel rewarding to you. Partly, it's too scary but also you just feel distant from others.
Anyhow you don't really have any reason to look forward to a future without yourself. You might not want to leave behind too much of a mess but you don't feel particularly strongly about the thought of people in the future having a happy life.
