>>2100989 stands out IMO. It probably wasn't Luigi's intention, but the chilling effect he had ended up saving a significant number of lives. He inadvertently did the Trolley Problem IRL with health insurance. And if people in general realized the cause and effect of kill CEO -> treatments get approved, he would DEFINITELY spawn copycats because so many people have loved ones who have had care denied.
