Just a thread to gloat about any destruction done against Tesla.

His only “job” was to be a mascot for his companies that he doesn’t manage and he failed it…

Yikes OP, you're literally doing a terrorism

>>2185694
Sorry I’m not OP
>>2185694

I'm less convinced Elon is claiming this is leftists vandalizing Tesla and more that Elon's cars suck ass

This is full Brazil the movie.
>Infrastructure fails
<It's terrorista attacks!

Elon is just doing insurance fraud and Trump is helping him and using it as an excuse to ramp up the police state against agitators. You're going to see a million little reichstag fires at tesla dealerships

>>2185698
It‘s an uptick since Elon entered the white house.

File: 1741803917938.jpg (8.55 KB, 250x250, 1707827044702437s.jpg)

do these attacks do anything or are they just adventurist bullshit for liberals to get a self-righteous boner

>>2185771
“Oh no how dare obviously angry people trash teslas shitty cars instead of literally storm musks cabin. It’s adventurism to do literally anything to send messages of anger. Time to post some random cartoon girl in clown makeup online to voice my frustration.”

:/

>vandalism is heckin praxis!!!!
I’m sure your utopia will come any day now, just burn a few more trash cans and beat up a few more bystanders for the crime of voting for Le Drumpftler. Who needs theory?

>>2185777
To be fair, if you burn enough of their shitty products for long enough they will be forced to start reforming or even surrender their factories over openly

And that’s just by committing vandalism without needing to organize much of anything

>>2185687
not saying that. I think it's a good thing that they are doing what they are, but it doesn't seem to me as if they have any class character. To me it just seems like the liberals are mad that a republican politician is speaking the quiet part out loud, and are angry that the republicans get to assrape the american people for the next 4 years instead of the democrats. You don't see teslas getting vandalized over shitty working conditions or union-busting

>>2185776
>instead of literally storm musks cabin
Also adventurism.

>>2185780
Not really. It will just give the government justification to ramp up the police state.

File: 1741804578397.jpg (106.16 KB, 828x627, ef2.jpg)

This adventurism is silly. The truly revolutionary act is to buy a BYD in stead.

>>2185785
Dude, somewhere in Nigeria, an angry mob stormed the office of oil cabals who were milking Nigeria’s former unproductive oil sector. That action alone forced the country to industrialize its oil sector and stop relying on oil revenues. Think of that. Decades of exploitation and fraud ended in an afternoon by a few dozen angry protesters.

Today, Nigeria is one of the few countries that refines the oil it makes and one of the few countries that doesn’t rely on oil revenue to survive. You’re underestimating how much small actions can make anon.

>doing things is cringe

>>2185776
It's definitely adventurism, but that doesn't mean it isn't cathartic at least lol. It's also an indicator of where people's level of militancy is at. The correct response to stuff like this isn't to finger wag but to try to harness the energy of class hatred in a productive direction.

is it actually adventurism if it's causing the stock price to go down

imo we'd be better calling this some sort of propaganda of the deed (minus the murder)

This if it were real is bad optics. It just looks like being immature and can be framed as "terrorism" which it isn't. Smarter move would be if someone block their supplies at their factories so they can't build more and gather up money from donations and literally just pay Tesla workers to strike and offer them jobs so even if they lost their job they wont care.

Your approach is utilitarian in that it disrupts supply chains but it doesn’t send fear.

this is a lot harder than smashy smashy and requires long term planning and more importantly money

>>2185852
criticizing liberal mass movements is good, actually. Sorry to tell you, but not every protest against the government is inherently class-centered

>>2185844
Fear for who? It just makes people giggle. Musk probably even owns a bunker. I doubt he's afraid of spray-paint and scratched paint.

>>2185857
Yes, I didn't say it is easy. Also can simply encourage boycotts for larger effect. Not just against anything tied to Elon but every everyone who is propping up this neo fascist movement.

>>2185771
Better than the literally nothing that these people were doing before. This is the start of something, and you're denouncing it because it isn't perfect right out the gate.

>>2185828
>is it actually adventurism if it's causing the stock price to go down
No it's not adventurism at all. It's directly damaging the world's richest man, his corporations, and growing the degree of anger and action against the bourgeoisie.
Do these people believe the revolution will just happen out of nowhere? That there will be no violent or destructive actions taken prior to this "revolution"?
Of course in reality, there is a significant period of building up to revolutionary action.
All these armchair clowns just want to justify their own continued NEET-ish inaction. Bordiga-esque fools.

These crap trucks are heading to the junkyard one way or another though. I'm not an expert, but I don't think you can get a car with badly glued-on metal parts street legal in Europe or most of the world, except the United States, nor does the Cybertruck appear to be (relatively) safe to drive anywhere outside of the precise climate of southern California. They never had any serious intentions of selling this piece of shit anywhere else.

>>2187505
What the fuck i thought people just hated it because it is ugly and has too small a truck bed. I did not know they were THAT dangerous.

>>2187514
All Teslas are shitty and the Cybertruck has lots of problems which car guys can go on for some time about. The frame being made out of a single piece of aluminum that towing loads a 35-year-old Ford Ranger could handle being liable to rip the entire rear end of the truck off is just part of it. There was a whole bit when the accelerator pedal's cover was slipping off and getting stuck causing it to wildly accelerate. There's exposed wiring in some areas so you have to put it in "car wash mode" to so much as rinse it off, but putting it through a car wash in any circumstance voids the warranty.

There's more but that's the more obvious bits they've had to recall or otherwise deal with. Also most body shops aren't equipped to repair them, so in many recorded crashes the vehicle is basically totaled, and that's assuming the batteries aren't damaged and the vehicle doesn't catch on fire. It has all the hallmarks of a low-effort, hand-built prototype that was never meant to go on sale, which they made to placate Elon's want for a "future truck," but nobody in the company could tell him "no" so he forced them to put it into production.

I honestly, genuinely want more people to read about the state of Russia in the late 19'th century, 1870-1900, to get an idea of what made Lenin and the Bolsheviks.

He wasn't arguing against spontaneous action just because it wasn't going to go anywhere, but because it was constantly happening in Russia already and was a source of constant needling against the state for literally decades. In a somewhat larger historical perspective, the Bolsheviks were the culmination of decades of hot action and unrest, not the negation of the "wrong ways" of attacking things.

>>2185722
I kind of wonder if this is Musk just deliberately false-flagging to both write up a bogeyman but also to write off a bunch of unsellable shitboxes now that everyone outside his diehard cultists realize how fucking stupid they are.

>>2187589
This is my beef with armchair USSR larpers a lot of the time. They try to boil down every political movement purely on how it compares to the October Revolution and how it fits into what Lenin or Mao or Marx said a century ago without considering modern factors or wanting to try anything new.
I'm not denying that the political thinkers of the past have a lot of valuable insight, but the people invoking them usually have some ulterior motive, and most of the time that motive is "don't do anything productive, because Marx said productivity is cringe" or whatever. If Lenin was purely interested in copying the people before him and zealously adhering to political dogma the USSR would've never existed. You need to look at these movements of the past as inspiration for the future, not being chained down by their ghost.

>>2185771
Lenin was an adventurist when he assassinated the tsars. Shut the fuck up about adventurism. There's no worker's movement that it could compromise.

How the fuck does Tesla get away with shit like this in the US internationally? Normal car manufacturers go through all kind of tests and certification. This fuck send out mememobiles with fake self driving and panels stuck on with glue.
>Tesla in crash
>telemetry alerts Tesla HQ
>they instantly send a tow truck to take the vehicle
>no independent crash or vehicle investigation possible by owner
>Tesla control narrative and public image preserved
It's a house of cards based on overwhelming grayzone legal and media control.

>>2187605
>They try to boil down every political movement purely on how it compares to the October Revolution
Why not? It's a good reference point that has a lot written and theorized about it. Okay, so maybe reading some party discussion from before-1905. might be dull, but I found Plekhanov's memoirs very, very interesting from a 'psychological' perspective. I think that Lenin, Marx and Engels all made some observations that will 'in general' always hold (in weaker or stronger form) while capitalism is present. Lenin's critique of narodism is relevent more than ever, it's indespensable when you're dealing with adventurism and activism today.

In the U.S., car manufacturers certify themselves. That's not a joke. That's actually how it goes.
