OP did you drop out in kindergarten? Anyone with any degree of reading comprehension can see that they are attacking "feminism" in the sense of the movement that existed at the time, which was exclusively bourgoies feminism, and posit a marxist position against it. You even yourself say that their work is the >BASIS< for marxist feminism. Logically, if their work was the foundation, it did not exist as a term or concept before, so of course they're not going to say "we are marxist feminists" when that distinction was only formalized later in history based on their foundational works. Words can mean different things in different contexts and times.

Yes, that's literally the definition. Kollontai and Zetkin were simply writing at a time before the distinction between bourgeois and proletarian feminism had been articulated in those terms. Lenin also refers to himself as a social democrat in some of his earlier works because he was writing at a time when the distinction between social democrats and communists hadn't been established. It would be silly to insist that he was a social democrat in the modern sense because of this. Terminology changes over time.
