The redpill is that nukes don't exist, or at least in the world destroying sense that people think of. That is a myth created entirely to reinforce an ideological myth that we are at the end of history because if you try to do anything, we will blow up the earth and everyone will die.
You only know what a nuke is from what the government giving you pictures of mushroom clouds (which are fuel explosions as you can see in the Beirut disaster), which has an inherent interest in scaring other nations, tells you. Modern nuclear safety agencies not connected to the USA have found nuclear "disasters" like Chernobyl didn't really have any major, lasting damage and we know all the bullshit hysteria myths like the Japanese with their "tainted" people were entirely false. The official longterm health effect of Chernobyl on people that live there or nearby is just slightly elevated iodine levels, while their death rate is tied to their severe alcoholism.
>but what about the people with radiation sicknessThe only known examples of that are people *immediately* next to the source, like by inches. The most famous example is the demon core and yet people in that same room that just stood a few feet farther back lived a natural lifespan. There was a nuclear engineer, Galen Winsor who lives to a normal age and died from natural causes and he would literally put spent uranium in his mouth, after using a geiger counter to prove it.
https://youtu.be/1R1ReBuvsMk?si=HvQ-0gKXfdy6nH3TThere are standard veterinary procedures that leave animals a thousand times higher than the "you're dead" radiation level that are listed on geiger counters (vid related).
https://youtu.be/mu8MdQgqtzQ?si=f_x3cuABSjWr_KLlThe actual, world ending disaster is Capitalist waste destroying the world with pollution and unrestrained harvesting of resources. The nuclear weapon mythology serves an ideological purpose not only for military reasons, but also reinforces the foundations of our economy. Chernobyl was hyped up in western history to scare people from free, clean energy. Galen Winsor makes that very clear in his seminars, though he doesn't make any "nukes are fake" claim like I do. I just believe it's a myth just like Iraq's WMDs because the world-ending capability claimed about nukes does not match any sort of actual, real examples of nuclear "disasters" that have been concretely studied. I believe the anti-nuke movies and other fear-mongering campaigns posturing itself as "resistance" are actually serving as ideological state apparatuses, as Althussier put it.
<we can destroy the world but we don't, aren't we so humane?<now let us slowly rape the world to death so porky can eat good
