Based on Comrade Engels' writings, which ethnic groups today should we consider "residual" or non-historic/counter-revolutionary peoples? I think discussing this could add a great deal of theoretical clarity to /leftypol/ users' positions on the various geopolitical conflicts occurring in the world today.
