what would you say to a revolutionary tribunal composed of folks from the reservations and dudes liberated from prison? do you consider settlers to be a class?
>>2260253"class" refers to a collective position towards production and distribution. if you take israel for example, settlers have a material interest in common: to keep their stolen land. this does define an economic collective position: their ownership of capital in the form of land. even if you don't want to call it class this is a relevant fact for anyone trying to understand the economic interests (and their political expressions) of people in israel. the "material analysis" so often thrown around here
so yes, settler can be a class. we can discuss how relevant this is in most american countries where the appropriation has already succeeded and consolidated itself (but where the effects of it are still present). in general the distinction between workers and capital has become more relevant because it is the immediate (rather than legacy) struggle for most people
>>2260449>A “one state solution” is just Israel under a different name. No it isn't. A single, binational state with equal rights for Pelestinians and Jews is the position of virtually every Palestinian resistance faction including Hamas, the PFLP, AAMB, DFLP, etc.
>If the “communist” party of Israel truly opposed Zionism it would demand their own expulsion from the LevantWhy would they do this when none of the Palestinian factions are doing it?
