Keep in mind soviet symbols are illegal in Lithuania, go look for memorabilia in a gypsy (flea) market. From what I can find - sendaikčių mugė, Kalvariju market on Kalvariju street, Akropolis flea market.

me personally, If I was going to lithuania I would visit the Curonian Spit which is a massive coastal sand spit with cool coastal grasslands and woodlands and good birdwatching/rare dune plants. its a seminatural landscape with humans and coastal plant species essentially working in tandem to maintain the Curonian spit in the face of the winds and waters of the baltic. As a result you've got mix of ecological and historical curiosities spread across the spit.

Palanga is a very nice resort town; you also have places like Nida on the curonian spit which you can get to with a ferry from Klaipėda, which has a really nice old town. I recommend going in August, as that's when it's sunniest. There's also a lot of markets and car boot sales where you can pick old soviet memoribilia up; I have a bunch of badges and pins from all over the warsaw pact for only a few euro.

definitely be careful with soviet memorabilia since it is illegal, get it clandestinely at a flea market and do not show it in public, same goes for trolling the locals about the USSR since they ban "totalitarian propaganda"

the only place i remember from my own stay in lithuania is the Trakai Castle which is pretty cool and had nifty medieval history stuff inside
