I just feel like I'm going to be like a reincarnation of him. I don't particularly like his theory but I think I am going to be a revolutionary.
My life circumstances, mostly economic, are the ones which are pushing me into being a revolutionary. That and despising all elements of bourgeois society, from it's unending moralism to its "entrepreneurship" (glorification of exploitation!).
This is my life goal. Maybe I will fail. But I will try.
>>2263279>My life circumstances, mostly economic, are the ones which are pushing me into being a revolutionary. So you're a middle class capitalist who thinks the monarchy is running things incorrectly?
If youre from the west then you cannot be in the same class position as Lenin, who was in a country where the middle class where revolutionary.
>>2263379> he was able to rally a ton of people to his causethe party did that
>was able to identify the problems of russia and attack them publiclyeveryone was doing that even the liberals and mensheviks, that's how fucked russia was, everyone was criticizing it. tsarism was on its death bed.
great man theory is retarded, it's always a collective that does stuff. people who become mascots or avatars for collective efforts like lenin usually resent the very kind of thinking. Do you think lenin wanted to be a mummy in a shrine?
The problem in communist politics is that everyone wants to be the next Lenin, "the hero", while nobody wants to be the basic activist who does all the boring work, hand out pamphlets to passersby and get beaten by cops during a protest.
Even myself, I enjoy listening to myself during a reading group session, trying to be the smart ass in the room more than helping serious activists cooking food for an event and things like this.
But it's always important to keep in mind that without a strong activist base in 1900s Russia, Lenin would have been nothing, a forgotten edgy writer and not much else.
>>2263284Also this.
>>2263279Get psychological help, I mean this seriously. This is delusions of grandeur. Don't worry anon, you're super far from being the next Lenin, you can barely read, much less write, and you don't even do any practical communist work.
Marx even says "communist, in the real world means the follower of a definite revolutionary party". You barely have any life experiences.
Prioritize your mental health and get help. Once you're better you can start your journey to become the next Lenin. In your current state, you'll only fail.
