There is no depopulation crisis. But a higher population means higher GDP and a better economy. I think a small socialist state post national liberation (like Wales after a succesful guerrila liberation struggle) would be the first to adopt artificial womb technology on an industrial scale. This would rapidly improve the economy. At the same time there would be mass immigration to increase the population to around 30 million. The economy will boom because of this and with central planning industrial and military equipment production will quickly overtake England's. The monarchy will resort to using AmeriKKKan troops to hold the line but they are paper tigers. Eventually we will get to a point where the Welsh PLA can spill across the border, using complete manpower and equipment superiority to counteract better enemy technology (one of our soldiers will have to kill 2 AmeriKKKans, and one of our Mig21s will have to kill 5 AmeriKKKan F-47s, or more) and begin liberating England, and then later liberate Scotland.

Thoughts? I especially want comrade King Lear's thoughts on my plan. I think Mao would be very happy with it.

People raised in orphanages turn out fine enough (and those were an underfunded mess most of the time). If the government took this initiative seriously they would certainly be capable of creating a pleasant environment for children to grow up in.
Also I wouldn't idealize the traditional family structure so much. Plenty of people grow up raised by retard parents in abusive households that leave them fucked for life.
And plenty of animals and even some human cultures historically did communal child rearing.
