Edu is more for archiving PDFs and slow topics. For learning something like a language to be effective you need regular engagement and ideally from a group of people interacting with each other. It's also very relevant to learn Chinese for geopol reasons so it definitely belongs on the main board.

Comprehensible input is a very useful tool in learning a language. You can find plenty of playlists for this on youtube. Here's just a few easy ones. Don't expect to understand fully. Just listen and pay attention. Even listening passively will help but not as much as listening actively.
