When was the last time the entire globe was united under one world empire? Has it been that way before? Has it been that the mode of production matched the state entity? It hasn't, so why the fuck would you want a communist revolution in a world divided by separate bourgeois nations? You'd have to fight through every single one independently as opposed to a unitary dictatorship of the bourgeois which will carry some degree of centralization that can be overthrown, the point is to let the biggest imperialist entity actually take over the world so then be overthrown by the workers worldwide in one tendency. Of course regions will still be pockets and it may lead to the worldwide dictatorship of the bourgeois to become destabilized and have others break away due to destabilization as goes a civil war, but they breakaway parts will always be smaller than the larger more centralized entity and the worker's rebellion will be able to crush them easily once it has defeated the primary bourgeois regime. What do you think? Is capital bound to never be fully in one regime? Maybe the whole world should've gone through unitary fascism to give some centralized character even if not fully nationalized the workers would only be fighting against the state entities of one. What I'm getting at is that if the bourgeois nations go through a process of natural selection, if capital in crisis can come out as victor (fascism) then there will be almost no divisive factors to prevent an uprising besides the sole structure of the instrument of state power being held by the bourgeois (the singular instrument rather than the multitude).

didn't lenin and kautsky have this debate over 100 years ago?

>When was the last time the entire globe was united under one world empire?
if by the entire globe, probably never. The closest was the british empire which controlled 25% of the globe.

>why is it now commonly accepted that revolution is impossible in first world countries?? "We have tried nothing and we've run out of ideas"
The Stromatolite Hegemony during the precambrian, there a still a couple small holdouts in the Bahamas and Australia
