Three issues with this attitude

Firstly, what the fuck difference does it make? If people hadn't heard of the problem Ukraine has with Neo-Nazism until it got to the point of them shelling civilians while voicing fascist rhetoric, if they hadn't seen the warning signs in 2007 of what a post-US coup Ukraine looks like, how does that change the present of what Ukraine is?

Secondly, trying to take nuance away from the situation and make US-backed fascists getting what they asked for a situation of being either pro-Russian or anti-Russian is exactly what Neo-Nazis try today with the Eastern Front of WW2, where yes, yes NAZIS BAD bleh BUT are you REALLY saying you SUPPORT everything STALIN DID!? When of course the reality is that Nazis getting a smack is good regardless of who is dishing it out. I'm not precious about the colonial powers giving the Nazis a smack on the western front either despite not otherwise supporting them.

Thirdly, suggesting like there being a US coup specifically to install Neo-Nazis into government because that's probably the only politics in Ukraine that both has support and also rejects historical and even personal ties between Ukraine and Russia, specifically agitating for conflict and preparing the nation militarily and psychologically to be a pawn in US imperialism against Russia for nearly a decade, etc, etc as an irrelevancy that "Russia Supporters" are blowing out of proportion to justify being against NATO expansionism Russia blowing up toddlers in playgrounds, is simply apologia for US Imperialism.

An addendum is that being like whatabout Croatia, Hungary, Estonia, etc, etc that are already in NATO or the EU or otherwise are under US influence and also have governments playing Nazi apologia in stoking an ethnic hatred, ought to be ringing alarm bells for you matey, not me. Instead you're like
