I have observed the following.

a) most socialist organization headquarters are more or less functional offices that are for meetings and bureaucratic work. They are sometimes used for parties or safe spaces where communists get drunk and high together (I have rarely seen communists use anything but grass) outside organizational hours. There are some makedo libraries but most of it consists classic theory.
b) most anarchist headquarters are literal fratboy slumhouses where everyone is constantly drinking, smoking and being disgusting. They house literally sufficient infrastructure to encourage loosemindeness, consistent drinking, 'hanging out' in perpetuum without allowing a second of discipline. The news and printed works they have displayed is stupid contradictory shit that gets accumulated over the years without anyone actually reading it.
