Obviously I couldn't include every single nation/people fighting for liberation in this picture. It would've been especially hard to include the hundreds of indigenous nations of North & South America and Oceania. But their struggle matters too, and they too deserve freedom, justice and total liberation from imperialism and settler colonialism.

Call me a KKKraKKKer colonizer but it seems like we need fewer states not more, and that the defeat of colonialism is best achieved without Balkanization for a variety of reasons. That doesn't really apply to most of the examples in OP's pic but definitely for some of them like Basques.

Can't Greenland leave Denmark if they want? I don't really think they are oppresed since they govern themselves, no?

Free Haiti, Sudan and the Congo from who exactly? Themselves?
Northern Ireland, Greenland and New Caledonia are all free to hold unification / independence referendums and can vote to leave if they want to.
Nagorno-Karabakh / Arstakh no longer exists, the Armenians living there have since left.
Abkhazia and South Ossetia are already de facto independent.
Transnistria is also kind of de facto independent? But pretty much just a glorified Russian military outpost with estimates between 30%-50% of the population being Russian soldiers and Russian mafia members trying to turn a quick buck while spitting on the local Moldovan population.
Donetsk and Lugansk don't exist anymore and were absorbed into Russia.

The only legitimately oppressed peoples in your image who are denied an easy legal mechanism to trigger their independence are the Palestinians, Kurds, Basques and Catalans.

The only way in which Basques and Catalans are oppossed is in not having a nation-state, because otherwise they are the richest regions of Spain, their languages and culture is legal/coofficial (they can even speak in the general government thanks to translators) and the autonomic governments have great autonomy.

Kurds have autonomy, should they give up on independence? The north of Ireland isn't poor, should they give up too?
We all saw the scenes of riot police, probably all rabid Francoists from Madrid, being shipped over to Barcelona to beat up elderly Catalan women for trying to vote for independence.
Catalans and Basques are occupied without any legal means to ask for independence.

IMO national liberation is progressive in so far as it coincides with evolutionary and revolutionary class struggle. The evolutionary struggle fighting labor exploitation, labor monopsony, labor monopoly and labor arbitrage. And the revolutionary struggle fighting to change the mode of production.
