Was the Christian genocide of European (and Middle Eastern too) pagans historically progressive? In pre-capitalist societies, centralisation of power is supposed to be always progressive, and highly organised, universaist religion like Christianity obviously is much more helpful for the centralisation of power. Besides, every single person I met who wanted to reconnect with European pagan legacy was turning out to be either New Age-brainrotten moron, either agressive Nazi-adjascent chud.
On the other hand… If we accept that the Christian genocide of the European pagans was good, then what prevents us from also having to accept that the Christian genocide of [Native] American pagans was good as well?
>>2379577i dont really think it counts as a genocide, but i think it was historically progressive
>either New Age-brainrotten moron, either agressive Nazi-adjascent chud.these are really the same thing if you dig deep enough
