Yeah, they'll say that "communism is X" but in reality I think they shifted to outlawing abortion in the USSR in the 1930s and encouraging pro-natalist policies for similar reasons that others governments were doing it at the same time. In America, it's at least part of the reason why we have the boomers. The Supreme Court didn't pass Roe v. Wade until 1973 but that's being rolled back now.
