1) Abolish all money printing, in order to make money more accurately reflect labor value. This immediately ends inflation and begins permanent deflation (good thing in socialism, unlike capitalism where its a bad thing)
2) Mandate 20 hour work weeks. This immediately ends unemployment.
3) Shut down all industries that produce slop and consumerist garbage. This frees up massive amount of labor. The 20 hour workweek absorbs some of this excess. The remaining excess is put into industries that are urgently needed (solar panels and batteries to solve climate change, construction to deurbanise cities and abolish town-country distinction etc)
4) Intellectual property is abolished. All human knowledge is open sourced. Innovation and technological development skyrockets as a result.
So after implementing this minimal program, you already have zero poverty, zero homelessness, 100% employment, 20 hour work week, beautiful and natural environment to live life in, rapid innovation and technological growth, zero crime, and we havent even achieved actual communism yet.
