China has nothing to offer them nor does Israel have anything to offer to China. They wouldn't be getting free fighter jets and nuclear submarines from China. China already has good relations with every other country in that region. In fact, China allegedly gave military support to Iran during the recent conflict with Israel and is considering selling them J-10 fighters. Israel's reputation is in the toilet everywhere and it would be utterly counter-productive to its foreign policy for China to "adopt" them.
