I was looking to see how much of the eastern bloc had access to internet before dissolution, checking if I could find the earliest websites registered with a .su domain, or if the USSR itself had a government website before formal dissolution and such. While I couldn't find anything about that, I did manage to find the official website of Yugoslavia since the .yu domain lasted until 2010.

To which the oldest archive is from the year 2000, that means that for 18 YEARS they didn't change the website UI and appearance.
