I was looking to see how much of the eastern bloc had access to internet before dissolution, checking if I could find the earliest websites registered with a .su domain, or if the USSR itself had a government website before formal dissolution and such. While I couldn't find anything about that, I did manage to find the official website of Yugoslavia since the .yu domain lasted until 2010.
