It's ironic that they refer to such relics as being from a "long lost" civilization like it's fucking atlantis or ancient Babylonia or something, as if most of these states weren't around just 30 or so years ago. It's another indication of how deeply the capitalist restoration in those countries was able to manifest itself. They can't even imagine it was truly real and recent, it has to be conceptualized as some ancient far off thing, that can never be restored
