left wing groups used to form paramilitary and fraternal organizations to function as security for speakers at events and to function as something that would be able to rough up opposition. such tactics are now mostly discarded and you end up seeing protesters fold to police. this seems like something that would be incredibly useful especially in the west.

We need a fascist party.

>>2501493
is it fascist to win anon ?

>>2501491
there was a long history of building up working-class institutions to the point where a person could go to a socialist cinema, go to a worker;s party soup kitchen, have a haircut from a socialist barber, read the news, from a party newspaper, and the communist parties had internal security apparatus. this was a crucial difference. they had the ability to mobilise communist heavies to prevent people getting evicted by landlords, or security to prevent rallies from being attacked by nazi chinlets.
most of this is gone and we have to start again.

>>2501499
where do we start anon ?

Politics in Germany then was pretty militarized. These guys on the left wearing paramilitary-style outfits were members of the Social Democratic Party's guard. Not the Communist Party. And the guy speaking is apparently (from what I can tell) Otto Hörsing, a sitting member of the German parliament who headed the organization, and was a World War I veteran.

You still see this kind of thing in India. That's where I've really seen images and videos of political parties with organized guards. But in a lot of countries this has gone away. It's funny to me when politicians play dress-up, or here in the U.S., after the J6 thing when Nancy Pelosi went out to address the troops.

Pics from India. The CPI(Marxist) has the Red Volunteers and a battalion of guys with sticks will work as guards. Then there's the RSS and other right-wing organizations.

The party form is dead until american hegemony dies.

How are you supposed to do anything when you need a car to get anywhere, there’s omniscient surveillance that catches your every thought before you have it, and there’s always the promise of becoming petit bourgeois or just getting a higher paying job?

>communists stop living in the past challenge-impossible
Those tactics only work with a weak state. Thanks to modern surveillance technology the state is stronger than ever.

Because in the modern world these meetups would look like Reddit meetups or anime conventions. The mutual disgust people have for each other nowadays prevents this from happening.

Start doing cardio.
Get guns. Get ammo. Learn chemistry.
Find likeminded people. You will start from scratch. It will be 2 or 3 to begin with, then gradually it will be more.

Individualistic garbage.

>>2501907
I said nothing individualistic.
When I advise people to work out and arm and work with likeminded people, my intent is to encourage a left which is armed, fit, and organized.

you cant have militancy when half your comrades faint at the sight of blood

nobody wanna die because they too comfy
so things gotta get worse so people are willing to die

I think left-wing militancy in America reached its peak in America during the Kent State University protest against Nixon's invasion of Cambodia when the National Guard marched in and gunned down the hippie college kids and put the city under martial law and the police deputized the local armed rednecks to crush the rebellion and it became clear that the hippies couldn't win and the wave broke and rolled back.

>>2501951
This is so inaccurate as to practically be reactionary propaganda. The idea that a few college kids getting massacred after throwing rocks was the "peak of left-wing militancy" would just be a straight up lie if you knew even rudimentary American labor history.

There were multiple organized battles between union workers and hired goons, cops, pinkertons, the national guard, etc. in the late 1800s to early 1900s. Even in 2020 there was a more militant anti-cop movement than the fucking kids who got murdered at Kent State, and through the 1970s themselves there were multiple more militant actions. If you set Kent State as the standard, then the """peak""" could have happened within the past year.
