Any one off philosophical writings by work men or peasants you know of?
Or anonymous one off philosophy works?
A good example of this is Menocchio/Domenico Scandella.
The video seems to indicate that Menocchio was not the poorest peasant but closer to something like a Kulak, since he ran two mills, had 11 children, was prominent enough that his opinion in the community warranted heresy trials. He was also literate and could do math. The reason we don't know about teh vast majority of poor people's opinions throughout history is, as the video said, they were illiterate and their opinions were utterly disregarded by the elites, and therefore not committed to records by them. Most of our data about the exploited classes is purely economic: Transactions of slaves, Taxes collected from peasants, tithes paid to the church by peasants, workers lost in a construction accident, soldiers lost in battle.
