Not an ARG, not a creepypasta or some shit like this. Posting here instead of /siberia or some other board because of the better quality of posters in there, and not on /isg because of the large amount of material.

Over the course of 2010s, the mysterious person was promoting the philosophical typology or a psychotype classification system of his own invention, named "72 archetypes". He always avoided being in the spotlight for the masses and seem to only post on the obscure corners of the internet, the most mainstream community he ever was into seem to have been r/MBTI subreddit.

As far as I could gather, the crux of the 72 archetypes(72A for short) is as follows:

1)Take the D&D moral alignment table. Give your own names to each of the 9 alignments and get rid of the misleading "law/chaos" and "good/evil" axis labels (the author had argued that both of these labels are misleading).

2)Take as an axiom that what Gigax had called law/neutrality/chaos is actually unconditional/conditional/lack of SHORT-TERM empathy, respectively. And what he had called good/neutrality/evil is the same deal, but with the LONG-TERM empathy isnstead.

3)Now add to the resulting grid three more dimensions, only these should be binary (have two distinct states in them) rather than ternary like the two dimesions we previously had. Each of these three dimensions represents ability or inability to handle/control one of three types of emotions - positive, neutral (curiosity), and negative.

4)The result is the 5-dimensional map that can represent (3^2) * (2^3) = 9 * 8 = 72 types of mentality, hence the name 72A.

The creator of 72A was making a lot of outlandish claims about his system. According to him, 72A is not only capable to rigorously categorise the personality of any real life person or a consistently written fictional character, but also to make working predictions about their behavior, motivations, and the optimal way to solve their personal problems. Even more than that, the knowledge of 72A is somehow "the key of understanding the entirety of the multiverse" and apparently completely obsoletes all of the existing philosophy, social sciences, psychology, theology, and MBTI.

He also seemed to be a massive insufferable prick with a God complex, uncapable of handling anyone disagreeing with him without going into long, insults-filled tyrades (ironic, since he had categorised himself as the best possible archetype in his system - Me111 - you'd think he should have been able to handle negative emotions) and acting as if he's already officially appointed omniscient Philosopher King Of The World, despite showing no creditails for having any sort of academic degree and no readable proofs for any of his claims.

His name apparently is Richard Kulisz, but googling that wouldn't give you almost anything bar an old editor drama from early years of Wikipedia and even more old internet drama from early 2000s-looking site dedicated to object-oriented programming. I don't know if the person seen in these place is the same Richard Kulisz (he seems to also have the exact same kind of insufferable-know-it-all as the creator of 72A), but if it's the same person, that would make him to be at least in his 40-50s by now.

Anyone here knows anything more about Richard or 72A. I am weirdly fascinated and want to know if anyone else had stumbled at it.

Sounds like some esoteric right wing crap. Those people get off on having a 'psychopath' personality or whatever.

I personally think the 9 alignments are alright, maybe for a fuller character profile they should be paired with a typical political compass type scale.

Obviously, most people shouldn't be in the good or evil sections of the alignment chart though since most people don't really significantly care about things other than their own self interests (and I feel like just working a regular 9-5 job that structurally helps to oppress others isn't really enough to be 'evil' per se, though if you're directly an arms manufacturer or whatever maybe it's different).
