I don't speak dutch but I support you because I think the language sounds really cool. I sometimes wish the Dutch colonized the world so that this gay-sounding language of English wasn't the global lingua franca.

Small updates. DO NOT RUN the rebuild.py script in the CLI if you run a vichan instance. It bricks the site. It took me a while to figure out how to unbrick it.
I eventually just cloned all my posts and DB stuff to a fresh slightly older version of VIchan.
I learned alot.
Got some new stickers going to print soon and do another round of stickering in some big cities.
We just under 200 posts! Wowie wow wow.

I agree vichan sucks but it seems to be the most developed FOSS imageboard software.
Even with my mininmal coding skills i found a bug in the code. I plan on making a pr to potentially fix it but idk.
What I really want is to come up with some custom style sheets now :D
Once the site is in a state im happy with ill probably go back to game dev for a bit

I'm biased towards writing your own board, as i'm planning to write a BBS framework that would be extensible into an imageboard, but i also heard good things about lynxchan (apparently the bunkerchan instance was unstable, because of a misconfigured nosql) and jschan. You could always look for a modern futaba derivative as well.
