I'm not an expert. Like I said, tho, if you found this shit, unless you are deep into the pedo community, I doubt you will find a website that hasn't been reported to them or found by them. I can't say if there tactics are good or not. Like I said I know they keep a lot of these sites alive after they seize them to run as a sting operation. Don't know if that's the best strategy. I don't know if these people can really use tor to keep their site from getting seized, I'm not an expert in that. I doubt there is much the average hacker name 4chan can do to shut them down or do anything about them, not really a tech expert.
