is it possible to artificially induce fever-like dreams (intense, vivid) by sleeping in hot conditions? like on a very hot night sleeping with a blanket and no fan?
is it possible to do it by eating a lot before sleeping?
what are other possible methods?

I kinda do it intentionally too sleeping with the light on and the TV blaring. I think it is self-destructive probably.

sounds like it would just cause you to not dream at all, but ive heard discomfort in general can cause fever dreams. does it actually work?
