"the world" is a baseless universal. its loved by people who, ironically, least inhabit the concrete experience of "the world". i immediately think of insects under the soil, and fish in the abyss. "the world" cannot be conceived in its totality, but only addressed by a lifeless affirmation. there is no "world" in itself, or a "world" we can share - there is only an abstract void, which negates interrogation.

I don't really think about "the world" as a thing I can have a comprehensive opinion of. I think it's neat that gravity made a ball, and life happened on it because gravity also causes a continuous nuclear explosion to happen far away.

you can love the world for having the potential for good in its essence. you can also love that it is both horrible and beautiful at the same time - people can enjoy melifluous music and merzbow equally. things can be enjoyed simply for their complexity as well.

I think that the world is cool but humans are kinda hard to have faith in as a species.
