Marx and Engels literally formed there idea of what socialism based off analysis of the industrial revolution and transition from feudalism to mercantilism to capitalism happening right before there very eyes.

Move to fedi, I got my grandma and dad to switch from twitter to mastodon and they've been enjoying it, those are the only family members I know on social media I actually used, the rest are on facebook or steam community. (well I use steam, just not the social media functionalities)
As for friends a lot of them are making websites, which isn't really communication but probably means they'll use fedi or email or something later down the line.

I was thinking more in line about buying Nokia 3310 and using text messages or phone class when need to communicate. But if I recall correctly they are dismantling 3G networks in my country to stop my plans. But then again they probably have more than enough data to produce a complete psychological profile if I become a threat to bourgeois state.
