>Be fat
>Be very fat (286 lbs / 130 KG)
>Do 10 pushups, 10 sit-ups, 50 squats
>Get muscle atrophy pain for 2 days be tired
Yea that's enough exercise, wake me up when a fat tissue spontaneous evaporation pill becomes commercial sale. China will invent it probably. GO CHINA GO!
>OP used muscle-building exercises in order to solve a weight-loss problemNGMI, lel.
<Burning fat:-Anaerobic Exercise are short-interval bursts of physical activity where the body takes the chemical potential energy of fat cells (or adipocytes) and releases them which converts it to usable energy for exercise; culminating in the fat-burning process that we see. Even after exercise, fat cells stored will still be burned out due to the afterburn affect.
-Most common type of Anaerobic exercise, called "HIIT", increases metabolization for hours after the exercise occurred. Sprinting is key aswell!
<Increasing stamina and endurence-Aerobic Exercise are moderate-interval sustained periods of physical activity that gradually culminates in the body increasing heart & breathing rates, in turn training the respiratory and cardiovascular system to adjust to the strain overtime, in turn increasing endurence.
-Types of aerobic exercise: Jogging, Swimming, Cycling and especially rowing!
<Increasing Muscle Mass-Increasing Muscle Mass is essentially focusing on exercises that target and put strain on the desired muscle area that you need to improve, it might be tricky to find the right one but this website can act as a guide for all muscle groups and their respective exercises: [

>>668418Can only find 3 mg * 30 tablets for the equivalent of 133 USD, on a paycheck for the equivalent of 600 USD that will cost exactly a lot of money for months of probably diarrhea.
<People lost, on average, five pounds (2.3kg) while taking Rybelsus 7mg, and 8.1 pounds (3.7kg) while taking Rybelsus 14mg.For 3 mg per 30 tabs which won't last 30 days it will only last 1/3rd of a month, that would be 3 tabs daily? That would be like a lot of money, that would be like almost 400 USD per month on a paycheck equivalent of 600 USD + probably a lot of shitting diarrhea calls to the toilet which cannot work with having a job either.
>>668421>on a paycheck for the equivalent of 600 USD brother, if you're in colombia, just suppress your hunger with stimulants and capsaicin and go about your day as normal
sometimes i forget it's not just am*ricans who are more obese than god himself
>>668421So the real cost of losing weight on Rybelsus would be:
- 3 pills a day
- Always shitting diarrhea
- ~400 USD a month
~400 USD a month for like what? 60 KGs? If its 2 months per 3 kilos like it says on some places then its like 12 / 2 which is 6 multiplied by 3 which is 18 kg? So that's 18 KG per 6 months or something? For one year its 36 KG so that's almost 2 years of shitting and paying the equivalent of 400 USD per month if the math isn't off. That's ~24 x 400 USD = 9,600 USD.
But how do you work when the rybelsus causes diarrhea and you have to work? Wear diapears at work?
At this point rybelsus becomes more bothersome and handicapping than changing a diet or exercise.
WE the FAT want a MAGIC PILL FROM CHINA THAT MAKES YOU LOSE KGS IN A DAY.
A pill that makes you lose 60 KG in ONE DAY
>>668416They should invent like a sprint anesthetic where you can run and not feel your body or the pain in breathing
<Sprinting while overweight often causes shortness of breath due to reduced lung capacity and increased oxygen demand. Excess weight, especially around the abdomen and chest, restricts lung expansion and diaphragm movement, making it harder to take deep breathsmaybe flakka is good for sprinting to lose weight. Flakka users seem very fast and energetic, never out of breath.
>>668444I don't eat anything else.
Except occasional meat, but its mostly two whole breads a day. One slice is never enough, must carve out the innards of the bread and eat all of them and throw away the crust if its not crisp. Bread innards Michelin man power, no need for revolution, just need me a golf cart and an AR15.
>>668450I eat two whole loaves of bread per day. The innards. The crust is too bad, only the soft inside.
One for the morning, one for the night.

Changing food quantity and ingredients is THE MOST important thing when losing weight. Nothing else compares in terms of difficulty of implementation, and results. NOTHING.
(except drugs and surgery)OP needs to learn nutrition. Assuming he's average height, he should drink a protein shake and a little bit of Psyllium husk with water or as pills before every meal and change nothing else. He'll be dropping weight with absolute minimal effort.
After that an analysis of substituting food would do him wonders. Like instead of cola with sugar, just replace it with a no sugar alternative, etc. This is mega personalized and depends on the persons habits. Besides that, change nothing else. He'll keep dropping a shit ton.
It will only get hard-ish when he reaches like 25-30% body fat. So when he's around 75-90kgs.
He only needs to be patient. It will take months but it's well worth it.
286 isn't too terrible, dude. I guess you overdid it; didn't stretch properly. You should go for long walks, a little faster pace than usual. But I'm telling you from experience that diet is way more important than exercise for losing the weight.
I know no one wants to hear about 'keto' and all that, but for most people the main problem really does come down to carbohydrates. Sugar for many and others consume way too many starches. There's nothing wrong with those things but your body just wants more than you need. So when people say "Calories in, calories out", yeah.. of course. But choose more wisely what those calories ARE.
I personally never found success losing weight by just eating fewer calories of the foods I was eating (lots of sandwiches and chips and pasta and potatoes, rice stuff, etc..). Some people may be able to eat small portions of those things, but most fail because they can't. And then they don't like the "diet food", which is always some extreme change, which is also difficult to adapt to while also consuming less.
So for me it was leaning *towards* the low-carb diet, but not some carnivore only nonsense. I just stopped eating sugars and desserts of all kinds and drastically reduced the starches. Lots of meat and eggs and cheese and nuts and vegetables and berries. A little bread or corn or beans now and then for variety and to enjoy some of what I used to go overboard on. That won't ruin things for you. As long as you keep under like 50g a day of carbohydrates you're fine. So you could eat two pieces of bread a day, or a potato if you wanted. But I'd rather have trace carbs all day that don't add up to much. You really won't miss them. For me it's corn tortillas and toast that I have to have now and then. Bacon and eggs are great but a nice piece of toast is the best.
But the point is I always feel full and I don't want snacks. Takes a couple weeks for you to feel the difference, but once your body starts running more on fats than sugars you start burning your own fat just all the time.
That constant craving I always, always had in my life that made me want more just evaporated. I don't snack or desire junk food or sodas anymore. And no one wants this advice because it doesn't allow them to have everything they want and still lose weight but THAT'S WHAT DIETING FUCKING IS!
And at least this way you still get great food and lots of delicious fat and you don't have to jog and shit. And I promise it works. It's cheaper and better in every way. There's nothing I can't eat. If anyone wants specifics I'm happy to help out. I wish I could get everyone to where I'm at because I'm down 100 lbs and I've kept it off. It's a gradual and slow weight loss but all the best ones are. It's not the lifestyle overhaul people make it out to be. It's always delicious and I've never been happier.
>>669364That's such small potatoes, anon. You can be out of that in 3 months. But taking it off slowly over a year is better and easier and more likely to maintain.
I'm 5'10" and 235 and I'm looking better than I have in years. Mostly because I've got so much muscle from hauling around the fat I lost. I look just slightly overweight and powerful. All the facial fat is gone and my arms and legs are toned. There's just torso baggage that persists.
