Should we all unironically move to China?
Been thinking about it. Seems to me that China might be the cure for suicidal doomerism.
All the experiences of Western expats and immigrants are highly positive other than bosses being strict. Only country in the world currently as far as I can tell where the government actually listens to common mortals. Authoritarianism is exaggerated, Bilibili censorship for example is largely the role of the CEO, government doesn't give a shit if you use a VPN. Anglo-Americansphere border officials are way worse with harassing (and kidnapping) foreigners, nobody gives a shit in China if you travel to Taiwan for example (in fact, despite what the media would have us believe, it's extremely common).
I don't know, am I crazy?
>>669960>China doesn't want youWesterners working as English teachers disagree
China is going to need immigrants anyway in the future
>>669994>China's quality of life continues to growdid this ever happen in the west?
did the west become "less" capitalist for this sake?
>>670002>so when did capitalism decline in the west?in the age of socdems
calling China "hypercapitalist" next to America in 2025 is some peak glow-infused retardation
>>669957Work conditions are still rather harsh unless you're a high earner.
Unless you're emigrating from a third world country with a good degree or something like this then you might not encounter the better jobs. Also there's a crisis of unemployment so its not extremely easy to find a job even if you have a good education.
That said, there are immigrant specific jobs that are good.
>>669961*black guys
Who wants a shrimpy pink skin dick when u could have bbc?
How many of you fucking idiots actually speak Chinese? How many of those of you who do can afford to move countries?
>>670003Hey, could you end your own life so socialism won't be diluted as a system or ideology? Thanks and die, fucking prostitute.
>>670034>Work conditions are still rather harsh unless you're a high earner. Wrong. Communist China has highest real wages and most comprehensive and protective labor law on the planet.
>Unless you're emigrating from a third world country with a good degree or something like this then you might not encounter the better jobs. Also there's a crisis of unemployment so its not extremely easy to find a job even if you have a good education. Wrong. Jobs are everywhere in Communist China. In Communist China, there is no surplus population which drives down wages like in the capitalist countries.
>>670030Wrong. Migrant workers have far more rights and higher living standards than capitalist countries, and also their conditions improve yearly unlike capitalist countries.

>material factsThe only thing missing from this particularly disgusting jargon vomit is a bait and switch with nonwhite crime statistics as the 'material facts'.
>>669960This. I've looked into it at some point, and the requirements for getting a work visa are not relaxed.
There is already one billion people in China, they might be worried about future demographic trends, but they have already enough workers speaking perfect Mandarin and Cantonese at this point.
The universities are top notch there, they have enough qualified people for niche engineering stuff, and on top of that, there is a phenomenon where Chinese companies start to reject applicants who are over 35, because they think are too old for work, and it's becoming a real problem.
So your best bet is getting employed by a foreign company, or become an official language teacher.
>>669962China and Japan have been cracking down on TEFL gigs, perhaps it's easier in South Korea and Vietnam, but I think even Vietnam want to enact more regulations regarding that. I feel like the golden age of TEFL is over, and I say this as someone who wouldn't mind selling all my stuff and becoming a teacher in East Asia.
>>672775On top of that, the grammar of Mandarin is pretty simple and characters aren't that complicated once you start to understand the logic. You need to memorize a lot of them, just like you need to memorize a lot of words when you learn an Indo-European language.
The hardest stuff are tones, but with a teacher they can give you good tips to pronounce them correctly, and all the cultural idioms to say things like "it's better to be patient" or "things are always in flux", which are really hard to get for a foreigner, unless you have been immersing yourself in Chinese history, literature and culture.

>>670059Lotta black guys in Asia and Asians in Africa today. Uphold Blasian supremacy.
> nobody gives a shit in China if you travel to Taiwan for example (it's extremely common).isn't it a Han Chinese colonization project? So like if post-USSR Russia was friendly with White Russian expats?
