yeah it's actually possible the reason people don't do it is because

- Adjust caffine intake, in the direction depeding if you have the kind of ADHD that makes caffine work in reverse or not.
- Apply the language through creative work.
- Make comics or other creative writings where you can experiment with parts of the language you struggle with.
- Attempt to write essays in it about things you have hyperfixations on to practice clinical tone.
- Dedicate a folder of your neocities to pages mainly written in that language, or at least documenting your progress and struggle subjects.

Spend more time listening/reading/writing and get as much variety as you can. Try to put your brain into the headspace of a baby where you know nothing and just absorb information.

Unironically just daily practice while avoiding burnout is the best way.
I learned brazilian portuguese in around 6 months just by studying for like 15 minutes everyday, after that I moved on to watching shows and reading books in portuguese and thats it.
