This. In fact, black people nowadays have more nativity than the average white American. Most white people that are at least middle class and up usually are third/fourth generation European immigrants.

I hate DEI because it promotes collaboration between oppressed people and the ruling class, and aims to integrate them into the fold of capitalism without solving its inherent contradictions. It gives oppressed peoples false hope.

Here in Jeetland, most reservations in government jobs are sex, caste and tribe based. Of course, forward-caste people cry about it a lot (even I used to back in my retarded Hindutvoid days) and don't miss any opportunity to denigrate backward-caste people over it.

I believe all DEI–even if it actually benefits oppresed people–should be abolished just to lay bare the true face of capitalism.
